      소개
      Kim Seol Yee advised on antitrust issues in the antitrust and competition Team of Yulchon LLC and later founded Jieum Law Office. Recognized for her successful representation of the Fair-Trade Commission (FTC) for over 15 years, she received the Presidential Citation on 1 April 2022 for her contributions to fair trade.

      Currently, Ms. Kim represents the FTC in major ongoing cases, including those involving Samsung Wellstory, Naver and Google. Over the years, she has handled some 350 FTC cases and established herself as South Korea's foremost expert in antitrust and competition law.

      Drawing on her extensive experience in market analysis from handling numerous FTC cases, Ms. Kim provides clients with a variety of services, including legal advice, start-up investment support, mergers and acquisitions, exit and IPO consulting. She finds great fulfilment and pride in helping clients with creativity and competitiveness survive in the market and ultimately contribute to the South Korean economy.
